MOU with Brunei Marine Academy (BMA)

SPHI K Subsea is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Brunei Marine Academy on 28th July 2025, formalising our commitment to supporting the growth and development of Brunei’s future marine professionals.

As part of this initiative, SPHI K Subsea will sponsor four students — comprising Engine Cadets and Engine Ratings — under a two-year structured program. These students will gain exposure to best practices and world-class marine operations within the subsea industry, including hands-on experience aboard SPHI K Subsea’s operational vessels.

This program will be led by our Senior Marine Manager, Mr. Sathiaselan Passkeren, whose leadership and expertise continue to guide our commitment to excellence in marine training and development.

This initiative reflects our dedication to developing local talent and enhancing youth employability as part of Brunei Vision 2035, and contributing to the national goal of building a well-educated and highly skilled population.
