Jerry Starling joined K Subsea as director of diving and ROV operations. He brings more than 25 years of oil and gas experience, and is responsible for the diving and ROV assets and teams. He most recently held senior diving roles at DOF Subsea and DeepOcean. Prior to this, Mr. Starling was group diving operations manager for Harkand.
Manmohan Shetty, during his career spanning 19 years in the offshore industry, has worked for quite a few reputed players in the industry like The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd., Global Offshore Services Ltd. ( Ex Garware Offshore Services Ltd.) to name a few. He has a varied experience in managing Offshore Vessels across different geographical locations operating for most demanding clients in the industry like Petrobras, Shell( Europe), BP Marine, British Gas, ONGC. In one of his previous assignments, he was stationed in Brazil as the shore manager for vessels operating for Petrobras. He also has a rich experience of shore management of vessels including budgeting, implementation of ISM/ISPS, introduction of PMS systems in the fleet, carrying out drydocks (in India, UK, Dubai and other locations), repairs and maintenance, modifications etc.. He is also a qualified ISM auditor and ISO Lead auditor.
Michael joined K Subsea and assumed the role of Commercial Director to oversee all Commercial activities.
Michael has acquired considerable subsea services experience from 35+ years working in Asia, MEA, GOM and North Sea and in this role is responsible for the development of the company Commercial strategies. His experience has been derived with a variety of NOC & EPCI companies, amongst them are Qatar Petroleum, McDermott, Sapura Energy, Oceaneering, and American Oilfield Diving in varying capacities ranging from Saturation diver all the way through to on and offshore management. His management roles have incorporated responsibility for operations, equipment and their associated budgets, improving utilization and control, tenders, business development that relate to all aspects of subsea construction / IRM using Diving, ROV, Survey personnel and equipment.
He has made a significant input into improving the industry as a member of the IMCA Competency and Diving division management committees and Asia Pacific Vice Chair for the OGP Diving Industry Work group
Philip Bradbury has more than three decades of experience in the oil and gas subsea service sector. This includes fabrication, pipe-lay, diving, ROV and joint ventures with other partners to deliver early production systems for full field developments. He has spent the last 20 years in leadership positions focused towards HSEQ and project management of diving, IRM and construction operations. He has primarily operated in the UK North Sea sector but has applied his knowledge and experience in major oil and gas regions of the world including Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, North and South America and Africa.
Prior to joining K Subsea, he served as vice president of HSEQ for Harkand Group from 2013 to 2016, where he was responsible for the compliance of HSEQ policies, systems and leadership and behavioural processes. His previous executive appointments include shareholder and management positions for integrated subsea services 2002 to 2013; and senior management positions at DSND Subsea Ltd from 1997 to 2002.
He holds an MA in Town Planning and Environmental Studies, and a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Combined Science.
Sanjay Choubey brings in over 25 years of industry experience, his breadth of experience includes roles in execution of Offshore Projects such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) projects, Transportation and Installation (T and I ) projects, SURF Projects, decommissioning projects, tendering and proposal, planning and management in various assignments with companies such as Punj Lloyd, Stolt offshore, Global Industries, Nippon Steel, Saipem, Acergy, Sapura acergy JV and Subsea 7. He has been exposed internationally and across cultures with project management stints in Mexico, Thailand, Japan, India, Vietnam, Australia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Brunei, South Korea, USA and China and has served clients such as Petronas-Shell JV, Indian Oil Corporation, Gas Authority of India, TOTAL, Petro China, SK Engineering and Construction, CNOOC, BP Indonesia, Chevron Thailand among others.
He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and post graduate degree in Business Management.
K Subsea also maintains highly experienced marine, ROV, diving and project crews, including engineers, technicians and specialist equipment operators, who understand the offshore environment and the sensitivities of operating in complex offshore projects.
