KCPL Team Overseas Retreat 2025: Reconnect, Reflection, and Recharge

In May 2025, our team from KCPL headed to the beautiful island of Phuket, Thailand for our annual company retreat — a much-anticipated event to strengthen team spirit, foster cross-functional collaboration, and offering us a well-earned break together.

The retreat was a great balance of professional development, team-building activities, and time to unwind. One of the most valued aspects was the opportunity for team members across departments to connect in a more personal setting. These moments deepened the bonds that fuel our everyday collaboration.
